• Mile High Chapter (Denver, San Luis Valley and the Front Range)
• Northern Colorado Chapter (Ft. Collins, Greeley, Moffat to Sedgwick)
• Western Colorado Chapter (Grand Junction, mountain communities)
• Southwest Colorado Chapter (Durango, Cortez, Pagosa Springs)
• Pikes Peak Chapter (Colorado Springs, Pueblo, SE Colorado)

The American Red Cross, with its five chapters across Colorado, is not a government agency; it relies on the donations of time, money and resources from individuals  in the local community, corporate partners  and like-minded foundations  to do its work. 

Each of these chapters shares a common Mission and Fundamental Principles.

• Help individuals and communities prepare for, respond to and recover from disasters;
• Teach lifesaving skills to tens of thousands of individuals;
• Provide transportation for the critically ill and elderly and;
• Offer support to U.S. service members and their families in Colorado.
